The pinwheel slams RIGHT IN, thrown off by the centrifugal force careening to the side, and the rockets hit and explode on contact with the rest of the water]

[would've been bad if he wasn't ducked down low, and he dashes forward low to the ground and throws himself into an 8th Form, trying to get under his defenses and land a hit]

[You're so crazy baby. S-staring a bit at the water funnel before remembering he should pay attention. Just in time to see Yamamoto coming out and at him! He stumbles back on instinct and pulls the first shield in from the side, trying to force Yamamoto off course before he reaches him]

[It'd work too, and it looks like he's forced to the side, trying to avoid careening head-on--

But then SUDDENLY Yamamoto jolts in from the side that's been left open from you moving that shield]

[Waaasn't expecting that. There's a clear moment of startled hesitation before he moves, trying to swing his skull over in time to catch Yamamoto before he gets too close, set strictly to storm this time]

[hit square in the chest, the impact bad enough to blast him off his feet and splatter backwards with a crack against a shield behind him. It takes a moment of give before he really splatters, the swallow flying out of the water in a burst of blue.

[the shields crash into each other with a loud clatter, and Gokudera follows Yamamoto with the aim of his skull, waiting for a clearer shot since fast-moving targets are a bitch >(]

[decides to go all or nothing, and pulls his sword up to slash a wall of water ten feet high in a path from his current position to Gokudera's, running behind it, his reflection barely visible]

[the water BLASTS right behind him, and he's nearly chucked into the air, his feet pedaling hard to keep him upright. Once he's STEADY AGAIN he bursts through the water right at him, sword raised]
